AreaBFE RENTAL POLICIES

ALL DRIVERS MUST COMPLETE OUR WAIVER PRIOR TO RENTALS.

THE STATE OF UTAH REQUIRES ALL DRIVERS TO COMPLETE THE UTAH OHV (OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLE) COURSE PRIOR TO DRIVING OUR RENTAL VEHICLES.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY:

25 Years of Age and Older:


Kawasaki KRK High Perfomance Deposit: $3,000 Per Machine

21-24 Years of Age:


Kawasaki KRK 1000 High Performance Deposit: $5,000 Per Machine

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For Rentals of 1 to 2 Machines 

We require 72 hours cancellation notice prior to the date of your rental for any Cancellations. 

For Rentals of 3 or MORE Machines

We require 14 Days cancellation notice prior to the date of your rental for any Cancellations. 

Any Cancellations after these requirements will be charged 100% of the full price unless we are able to sell those seats or machines to another party. No-shows will be charged 100% the full price.

  • SIGN YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT

    EVERYONE MUST fill out a Rental Agreement when renting any AreaBFE equipment

    FILL OUT THE AGREEMENT 

  • UTAH OHV COURSE

    Utah requires all OHV operators to complete the Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course.
