WHAT DO I NEED TO DO WHEN I RENT?
UTAH OHV COURSE
Utah requires all OHV operators to complete the Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course.
SIGN YOUR MOAB UTV RENTAL AGREEMENT
EVERYONE MUST fill out a Rental Agreement when renting any AreaBFE equipm
AreaBFE Moab UTV RENTAL POLICIES
ALL DRIVERS MUST COMPLETE OUR WAIVER PRIOR TO RENTALS.
THE STATE OF UTAH REQUIRES ALL DRIVERS TO COMPLETE THE UTAH OHV (OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLE) COURSE PRIOR TO DRIVING OUR RENTAL VEHICLES.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY:
25 Years of Age and Older:
Kawasaki KRK High Performance Deposit: $3,000 Per Machine
21-24 Years of Age:
Kawasaki KRK 1000 High Performance Deposit: $5,000 Per Machine
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For Rentals of 1 to 2 UTV Side by Side Machines
We require 72 hours cancellation notice prior to the date of your Moab UTV rental for any Cancellations.
For Rentals of 3 or MORE UTV Side by Side Machines
We require 14 Days cancellation notice prior to the date of your Moab UTV rental for any Cancellations.
Any Cancellations after these requirements will be charged 100% of the full price unless we are able to sell those seats or machines to another party. No-shows will be charged 100% the full price.
